Confetti + Bubbles + Yoga & the Space Needle…this is how I spent my past Saturday and it was incredible! Soul Pose, the new Yoga Party event made it’s way to Seattle and I had the opportunity to gather up my girlfriends and join in on the fun…and it was exactly how they describe – Freaking.Awesome.Yoga.

There were two sessions available – Sunlight (10:30AM) or Black Light (8:30PM). We opted for morning, along with 500 of our closest friends. It was beautifully setup near the Seattle Center Fountain, with our YoGifts (mat + bracelet + sweat towel) layed out upon arrival, spiraled around a stage for the instructor.

Then we had to hit up the body paint booth…obviously…
Hearts are the extent of my artistic ability…so this is what I gave my sister :)
So after we were neon-clad in our fantastic designs, we grabbed a quick pose pic before hitting the mats…
Then one more in front of the fountain…because, well…look at it!
Then the Yoga Party commenced…
If you haven’t noticed yet – the theme was for everyone to wear white – kind of amazing, huh?
The Best Part –> Confetti!
After a beautiful Savasana led by Heather Archer, our phenomenal Soul Pose instructor, we had the opportunity to meet her and take a quick pic!
Heather led a magical practice. It was strong, soulful and energetically inspiring. ♥
The Soul Pose party continued with refreshments provided by Zico Coconut Water, snacks by Krave Jerky, and a little studio shopping featuring one of my new favorites – Hot Feet Fitness!

I feel blessed that I was able to attend Soul Pose, and even more grateful that I was joined by my beautiful yoga darlings. I am counting down until next year…
