With a menu featuring Happy Greens, Just Beet It, Pink Panther & Herbalicious, how could you not love Jujubeet? Known for their organic juices, smoothies and delicious raw, vegan food, Jujubeet is a health food magic maker. Which is why I’m ecstatic to announce their new location grand opening this week! With an upgrade to 1,000 square feet, designed by H2 Design + Build, the new Jujubeet Cafe will now be on Main Street in Bellevue (with free parking next to the store!).

In addition to gorgeous new digs, Jujubeet Cafe will also feature a brand new, exclusive menu including house-made sweet and savory chickpea flour crepes (vegan and gluten-free), nutritious whole-grain and vegetable bowls, European style open-faced sandwiches (vegan and gluten-free), waffles (vegan and gluten-free), house-made coconut yogurt (vegan), and a one-of-a-kind raw vegan cheese platter.
Drooling yet? I had the opportunity of trying their cashew cheese rolls last week at the Bella Fiore Anniversary Party and they are so.so.good. Like I went and bought a costco size tub of cashews the next day to try and recreate…which I have yet to do. So I’m just going to eat my heart out at party this week. Better leave it to the masters.

In addition, Jujubeet Cafe will have an espresso bar with artisan, locally roasted coffee from Caffe Umbria and a delicious raw vegan dessert menu that includes chickpea truffles and chocolate banana bites.
