Indoor cycling is one of my favorite ways to sweat so I’m thrilled to announce a brand new studio in Mukilteo, WA – The Cycle Spot!
I had the opportunity of joining their Valentine’s Day ride, which included a little champagne and sweets post class. My kind of people! #Rosé&Ride
The moment you walk into the studio, you know this place is anything but ordinary. Owned by FIDM graduate, Mackenzie Dingman, it’s obvious design is a major part of the aesthetic. You’re not in stuffy gym land anymore, Cycle Spot is the new kid in town and she’s both pretty and popular.
A really good spin studio is something to be coveted, especially if you live outside of the city. Cycle Spot is your ticket to something new, fresh, and I’m just going to say it…sexy. It is absolutely gorgeous. And for some reason, that makes the workout more fun. #SorryNotSorry
So you get my first impression vibes, but I’m sure you’re wondering…”how good is the workout?” Girl, you are going to sweat, burn and ache in places you didn’t even know existed. The Cycle Spot method is beat-based, so the ride follows the music, and for a fun bonus – you also use hand weights! Your entire body will werrrrk.
So after class you deserve to treat yourself…a.k.a check out their active wear because it is cute! In fact, I have a fun little post coming up tomorrow featuring their exclusive Rosé & Ride Tank Top. #StayTuned
Oh and for the mamas! They offer childcare! This is almost unheard of with boutique fitness…so I am swooning with gratitude. You can find the availability HERE!
And last but not least, I’d like to introduce you to my new friend and killer #Girlboss…Mackenzie, the brilliant mind and driving force behind The Cycle Spot…
And one of her fantastic instructors, Linae (who reminded me during class, the only person deciding how hard I will work, is me. #Preach)…
It’s obvious I’m smitten with The Cycle Spot and I whole-heartedly think you should be too. If you’re local I urge you to check them out:
