If your Summer was anything like mine, it was a whirlwind – it’s as if time just slipped by in a matter of minutes. And with the official start to Fall just a few weeks away, it makes me reflect on how quickly seasons change, and how we move at lightning speed from one thing to the next. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a firm believer in the hustle, but I also know in order to have true wealth (health + happiness) you need to practice self care. Which is why I’m sharing this post with you today.

As women we often overlook it because we are too tired, too stressed, too engaged, too everything. Sounds exhausting – right.
Well, we have planned a nourishing retreat just for you. Let us help you create new habits, give you time to replenish your body, mind, and spirit so that we can all be empowered to live fully and well.
Who are we?
We are women, just like to you, who have a passion for wellness, yoga, movement, and taking care of our bodies. Jenn is a certified raw food educator, yoga instructor, girl boss with Humble & Grace, and genuine spirit with a heart to serve. Carrie is a Mother, creator of beautiful Malas, Yin yoga and zen master, and girl boss herself with TravelingYogiBear. Teanna, is a wellness guru at Hot Feet Fitness, girl boss with Sola Yoga, a barre and yoga teacher, Mama, encourager, and energy infuser.Together, we know how stressful and overwhelming life is for us women, and how important it is to take that time to nourish who we are.
