A few months ago I announced that ATG Stores graciously gifted us a Master Bedroom Makeover! If you’ve been following on Instagram you know the room is finished and I’m excited to share the full reveal with you today!
I worked with the amazing ATG Stores Design Team to create an aesthetic that reflected both my personality and lifestyle. From bedding to blockout curtains, we used the Image Matchmaker tool on their website to find products that aligned with my home style – which includes minimalist, modern, and romantic.
One of the top items on my list was a Chandelier – and this one (pictured above) immediately re-invented the space to exude that quintessential feminine, classic spirit.
You know I have a sincere love for travel, so when this Aluminum Globe popped up in our search, it was an impeccable find. The details are what make this room special.
We also had to get creative with space, since I have a slightly narrow room layout. Instead of a traditional dresser, we used a Console Table which was a perfect fit. (p.s. It’s on Sale!)
And the piece that started it all…the Linen Tufted Bench. This was the center for the entire design. The ATG Stores Designer saw this and knew I would be smitten – and she was right. It is everything.
To really showcase one’s style, it’s all in the details – the little things, the #MineFinds. This Bookcase made for the perfect display.
The Hand Signs are a few of my favorite pieces, as well, and have brought the most conversation on Instagram. They lighten up the room, and create a playful look, which definitely fits my vibe.
For functionality (with style), ATG Stores picked out modern White Nightstands and these gorgeous Marble Lamps.
And this Bed. Oh my goodness, this Bed. We were was wavering between tufted linen vs. canopy and since I have extremely tall ceilings we went with the Canopy, on advice from the designers. I am so happy with this decision as it creates a grander, more romantic feel to the entire layout.
To warm up the room we added an Area Rug which provided additional texture and depth. And for the artwork, we landed on this Large Canvas which tied in the entire color story.
The complete design, from the style to the quality of products is unparalleled. This has become much more than a room – it’s an oasis. It feels creative, open, and inspiring. I am so pleased with the results and I hope this encourages you to know the value in a beautiful space that feels personal. I believe we should all have at least one room in our home that feels good. That reflects who we are. Of course we can’t always control the kid’s rooms, the living room, the kitchen, but your bedroom should be special. It should be yours.
