Well, #JennyCookiesDoesItAgain! My very talented friend, Jenny Keller, gathered a group of girls (myself included!) for a private Barre3 class…that ended with doughnuts…because if you know Jenny, sweets are her love language – something I can sincerely appreciate. (It’s all within moderation, right?!)
The class was located at the Mill Creek Barre3 studio which is a beautiful, bright, open space – plenty of room for the whole #JennyCookiesBarreSquad!
Jenny hosted the event with an amazing crew of partners including ZICO Coconut Water, Lululemon, Brooks, Top Pot Doughnuts, Perfect Bar & EDJE Activ. A perfect combo of health + fitness + style (with a little dessert for good measure).
Upon arrival we were gifted with a Barre Squad tank, Barre3 water bottle, a pair of Brooks Heritage shoes, our choice of Lululemon pants (I chose the Wunder Under Crop!), along with a ZICO for class.
Then we got down to business…and by that I mean a super sweaty Barre class that werrrked me out.
Barre3 mixes athleticism, grace, and the latest innovations designed to balance the body.
Inspired by ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates, our instructors guide you through a specific sequence of movements that tone and lengthen all major muscle groups, rev your heart rate, and strengthen your body. – Barre3
After class there were fresh smoothies made with ZICO Chilled Fruit Blends (my favorite!)…
and Perfect Bars (if you haven’t tried these – you are missing out! Trust me…).
Followed by lots of convo – because this group is a good time! Seriously love Jenny’s squad!
And can we talk about this gorgeous doughnut wall + parfait bar for a second?! #Obsessed
I am dying to try this for a party – how does she come up with this stuff?!
Well, Jenny, you impressed once again…so when’s the next party??
Have you tried Barre3? How do you think it compares to other barre formats?
