I am a sincere believer in the Law of Attraction – the energy you exude is returned in like form. For example, a positive act or mindset creates a positive reaction. On the flip-side, negative actions only produce negative results. It makes sense that if there’s something you really want in life, the only way to achieve it, is to truly believe it. It is 100% possible to manifest what you want. Whether it be personal or professional, you have the power to create your own destiny.
Over the past few years, I’ve come to know 6 practices that will help you manifest anything you want…
Go Outside & Feel The Energy
Fresh air clears the mind. If you’re feeling isolated, overwhelmed or anxious, take a walk. Use the time to re-evaluate what’s going on. Think about how you’re feeling and what is causing it. Inhale confidence, exhale doubt. Envision your life one week, one month, one year from now. Picture the life you want, then hold onto it. When you feel yourself starting to lose sight, go back to that picture. You need to see it, to make it happen.

Nourish Your Body
A nourished body does wonders for an active mind and positive thought process. It’s pretty simple, you eat better, you think better. Ditch processed food, refined sugars, and fuel your machine. To manifest what you want, you need a healthy vessel – treat it right.

Create a Ritual
I had the opportunity of meeting Emily Mitchell, a Ritual Coach, last year. Her positive energy drew me in, as she listened intently to my ‘dreams’ and goals of where I wanted take the blog. She was sincere, insightful and incredibly helpful in guiding what I really wanted to achieve.
A ritual coach creates personalized rituals to help you manifest exactly what you want in life. Emily offers coaching sessions, as well as, intention and healing kits. You can learn more HERE.
Use an Online Journal
I will admit, blogging started as a creative outlet and is often my own version of an online journal. But for many of you, writing may not be part of your daily life. One of my favorite ways to manifest what I want is to write it down. I actually type faster than I write, so having something available on my phone or computer is much easier. I like Penzu, as they offer a variety options, including reflective journals, food diaries, dream journals, etc. It’s 100% private, available for IOS & Android, you can search and tag entries and it’s entirely FREE. I recommend journaling what you want and how your daily activities are going to get you there. It’s a great visual aid and keeps you accountable. (p.s. Penzu also offers email reminders to help you remember to write) #ThisIsNotSponsored

Make a Vision Board
A few month’s ago at Nourish, a Women’s Self Care & Yoga Retreat in Seattle, I created my first vision board. Mine (not pictured below for the sake of privacy) was pure wanderlust. The entire board consisted of travel. Shortly after, I received a flood of travel collaborations. Coincidence? I think not. I have been focusing so much energy on this niche and how I can expand my brand and readership to reflect my passion for exploring – I believe I am manifesting this goal. Build it and they will come. Here’s a great article on how to create your own vision board.
Gratitude
And finally, the most important tool in manifesting what you want is gratitude. Being grateful for your past, present and future will allow you to find content alongside the energy of desire. ‘The grass is always greener’ mentality will not work. You must not compare yourself to others – be thankful for who you are, and the blessing that is today. I’m guessing if you’re reading this, there’s something you have on the horizon – show gratitude on your journey, both to yourself and others. Kindness will take you everywhere.
I am constantly inspired by amazing women, doing amazing things – here’s a few authors and their brilliant books on the topic of manifesting success and happiness:
Girl Code by Cara Alwill Leyba
#GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso
The Gratitude Diaries by Janice Kaplan
You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero
I’m an avid Overdrive (audiobook) listener, as I prefer to hear the author’s tell the story in their own voice. I have listened to each of these books at least once and they continue to inspire me on a daily basis. I highly recommend you read/listen to them all!
Cheers to manifesting what you want!
