In one of my earlier posts, How to Clean Workout Clothes, I detailed how to give your sweaty gym gear a thorough clean which involved soaking, washing, drying, etc. It works fantastic and I highly recommend doing it as often as possible…but then there are those times that you don’t have time to wash your stinky clothes right away and they sit…and sit…and sit (fun fact: bacteria in our sweat sets into fabric just 2 hours after sweating!). In walks your solution…Saucha Spray – Get The Funk Out ($14)! This is an ingenious creation! The amazing combo of vinegar, lavender and castor oil provides the perfect antibacterial properties needed to prevent bacteria (aka = nasty smell) from setting in fabrics.

It’s super easy to use – you can spray the fabrics as you wear them right after the gym, or right before you toss in the laundry basket…a little word to the wise – spray the fabric where it touches a “Y” region on your body (armpits for example). I tested Saucha Spray – Get The Funk Out on several sweaty items and it worked! It really worked! Smell-be-gone! #Impressed
