A few week’s ago, I had the opportunity of attending a dinner party hosted by Kendra Scott. I might have teased the headline a bit as I didn’t actually meet the founder of Kendra Scott, however, I met a few key players in her company, which I guarantee represent Kendra and the brand to a T. They were incredibly gracious, spoke with intention and shared their love for the company as if it were their own.
My initial plan for this post was to show you a few pics, and recommend gorgeous pieces like this one or this one (which you should check out anyway!). But in addition, I felt it was important to share a little behind the scenes of the brand, the story. The reason why shopping at Kendra Scott is more than just making a jewelry purchase, it’s supporting a business that has palpable heart and soul in their mission. The women running Kendra Scott are on fire with their purpose to create unique designs and customer service well above the standard.

As you know, I only recommend products I have tried myself, and sometimes when I really feel the love (as I did at this party), I feel compelled to share a bit more with you. Because, honestly, with all of the different shops out there, how often are we buying because we want to ‘support’ the business? Instead, we look for the best deal – which I get – but sometimes it’s important to see the people behind the company and know they are good people. Sales are amazing (and yes they have them), but shopping with integrity should come first, don’t you think?
So that is why I love Kendra Scott.
