If you haven’t noticed already, I have a slight addiction to trying new things. I crave exploration, especially when it comes to Fitness. I instigated a challenge for myself over a month ago to try a new workout style, gym or studio every week. I did not realize when I set off on this venture that I would be falling head over heels for some pretty amazing stuff. Massive calories burns, beautiful new friends, and way more health awareness have seriously revved up my engine to kick this fit adventure into overdrive. Enter my new OBSESSION: ClassPass.
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to attend the LJ Fit Challenge Launch Party at Lorna Jane Downtown Seattle. It was an amazing combo of Fitness & Fashion and the beginning of a beautiful collaboration. Since LJ is one of my OBSESSIONS I stay in the loop on their Seattle scene – so when I found out about the ClassPass Fitness Night Out at Barre3 with Lorna Jane, I immediately was onboard.
I just love how one OBSESSION keeps leading to another…stars are definitely aligning for this girl. ♥
The Fitness Night Out was an event sponsored by ClassPass for girlfriends to get together and check out a new studio (Barre3), shop (Lorna Jane), eat delicious treats (Cupcake Royale & Evolution Fresh) & learn more about the city’s hottest new fitness membership (ClassPass).

How adorable are these?? @cupcakeroyale @classpass @lornajaneseattle Beautiful event!! #classpass #cupcakes #seattle #ClassPassSeattle #livingthesweatylife #irunforcupcakes #fitnessthenfrosting #lornajane #mnb
Okay so now for the details:
“ClassPass is a monthly membership to the best boutique fitness classes in your city. There are thousands of classes available to ClassPass members, including cycling, pilates, yoga, strength training, dance, martial arts, and more. For $99 a month, ClassPass members get unlimited classes to studios in the ClassPass network. While members can take as many classes per month as they’d like, they can visit the same studio up to 3 times per monthly membership cycle.” (ClassPass.com)
For those of us that like to dabble in different fitness routines (ME!!) this is where it’s at. It is an incredible way to break out of your comfort zone, jump over a plateau, meet amazing new people, and most importantly – Have Fun! It is often forgotten how working out can actually be a really good time, especially when you do it with girlfriends (my preference!).
ClassPass Seattle has a crazy amount of classes available – spread out across Downtown, Fremont, Bellevue, Tacoma, Madison Park, Northgate, etc. They have extensive outreach in the PNW fitness scene and are always on the search to add to their network. On any given day you have a laundry list of classes and times to choose from – perfect for those of us with busy schedules! And to top it off, they have an App you can quickly search and reserve your spot in your next class. Convenience is key in my book. :)
ClassPass is not only in Seattle but in ALL of the major U.S. cities – so for non-local readers – you can still get in on the action too! Just search here for ClassPass near you! And if you try it – come back and tell me what it’s like in YOUR city!!
I’m beyond excited to announce that I am currently collaborating with ClassPass and will work my buns off this month trying as many classes as I can and reporting back to you. I’m so giddy about this…it’s like every new class is my own version of Christmas. ♥

My first #classpass experience was awesome! @barre3seattlearea is beautiful & a killer #workout!! #livingthesweatylife #ClassPassSea
Moral of the story: I can already tell ClassPass is my jam. Let’s see how many classes I can take on this month…any guesses?
Stay tuned for my next post all about Barre3 on Capitol Hill!
