Most of us don’t think about anti-aging products until…well – we age. But seriously this should be on our radar as soon as we graduate high school. In fact, I honestly think there should be a self-care class in school where we focus on other types of wellness (beyond P.E.). Or does this exist now?! A healthy skincare routine is not always inherent and often we don’t realize the damage until it’s too late and we’re dealing with those not so adorable fine lines, brown spots or even worse (let’s just say use SPF every single day).
So with that said, I’m in my 30’s and will be completely honest – I did not preserve my skin at an early age (unsafe tanning, didn’t use eye cream, and rarely washed my face at night). Now – I treat my skincare regime like it’s a royal event…every morning AND every night.
