Spring Break has officially arrived. Our goal is to use every single ounce of it – no fun shall be wasted. And what better way to kick-off the week than with a little Aerial Yoga?! So Adalyn and I headed to Bindi Yoga in Lynnwood today for a Family Aerial Yoga Workshop! (You can read about my first Aerial experience HERE) I wasn’t sure what to expect bringing my little, but I was beyond pleased with her response. She absolutely loved it and I couldn’t believe how strong she was (actually I could – she is a fierce little 5 year old!).
My good friend, Danielle, and her daughter, Avery also joined us. Fun fact: Remember THESE fantastic photos? Yeah Danielle took them – she is the infamous Sukha Design & Photography. All of the below photos are by her, as well! (btw…we have something pretty incredible in the works for all of you, so stay tuned!) ♥
Okay, so onto today’s Aerial Yoga recap…We played in a variety of postures in the silks, both individually and together. It was a great way to extend the typical yoga practice and involve our littles!
Bindi Yoga is hot yoga studio, however, they frequently offer workshops for an array of specialities – make sure to follow them on Facebook to stay in the loop.
