Today I’m sharing a quick 60 minute workout you can do while traveling using nothing but your own body weight. This post is in partnership with my friends at Nuzest USA, the creators of the perfect pea protein, providing fantastic post-workout recovery.
This workout was designed by my trainer, Cheryl Guthrie at the Stillaguamish Athletic Club. She wanted to ensure I stuck to my routine even while traveling – and let me tell you…it works!
